Below are instruction on how to create a Zoom Meeting.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal, temple.zoom.us.
  2. Click Meetings.
  3. Click Schedule a Meeting.

Meeting Details

  1. Topic should be: Department Name – Klein Open House
  2. Date: 9.27.2020
  3. Time: 10:30 a.m.
  4. Duration: 1 hour
  5. Time Zone: Eastern

Both recurring meeting and registration required should be unchecked.

Additional Meeting Options

See screenshot below.

  1. Meeting ID- Generate Automatically
  2. Security – both unchecked
  3. Video – Host: off, Participants: off
  4. Audio – both

Meeting options

  • checked – Mute participants upon entry
  • Automatically record meeting

The remaining options should be unchecked

  • unchecked Enable join before host
  • Only authenticated users can join
  • Breakout Room pre-assign
  • Enable additional data center regions for this meeting

Alternative Hosts: add additional org members who will be staffing the virtual booth

Click save.

And send the Zoom meeting link to Dawn Ramos, dramos@temple.edu.
